My husband and I enjoy our frequent visits to the Mill Cafe in Dover-Foxcroft. We usually get coffee and a pastry, which is delicious, but today we went to Sunday brunch and each had the best Eggs Benedict we had ever had. Perfect eggs, glorious hollandaise (made from scratch with clarified butter). The meat and English muffin were excellent, and even the small garnish of fresh fruit was delicious. Everything we've had there is top notch, and well worth a splurge in cost and calories. In the winter it's cooler inside, they do have heaters. The coffee was great milky way hot latte. Pancakes were amazed and so was the breakfast quesadilla. Not on my list to come back too!!! No alcohol menu, said we can make whatever and I’ll decide the price. when standing in line for 15mins and want to order breakfast they say it’s past breakfast menu…. Then say “let’s just get past this”…. If you come here with hockey kids this is not the place to go!! If you want a place to go as a couple… sure.

While out on a wildlife photography search we stopped at this Cafe. They were closing, but invited us in. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable the sandwiches were as good as it gets and the service perfect .. A great find!! If I am ever in the area I am stopping here.
