We were so excited to go here based on reviews. Drove 40 minutes from our house. We had reservations for two. Took 15 minutes to get seated when there were only 4 tables occupied? Then took another 20 to get drinks and another 20 for appetizers. Service was the same at all tables. A family next to us never got their meals and they had been there longer than us! Not sure what the issue was but obviously there was a problem in the kitchen or with staffing. We wound up paying for drinks and apps and then went to The Bull House which is FAB. Only bright spot at the log house was our waitress Lucy. She was Very nice and apologetic. UPDATE: the General Mgr called me the very next morning, was very concerned, and was going to look into what happened. I was SO IMPRESSED and we will definitely try again! Atmosphere: 4
