I’ve always had a great time coming here and the pizza is always fantastic. The location is great and is super easy to walk to from any part of Downtown. I appreciate their happy hour and I usually like to go before 7 as this place does get popping towards nighttime. I do appreciate that they recognize the locals who live down here! It's a good hole in the wall place to grab a bite and a drink. The staff is very nice and quick to help. I had two reasons to take a star off. The pizza is good. It would be better if they found a way to cook it without burning the hell out of the ingredients. The flavor of the pizza is quickly taken away by the amount of burnt flavor you get in the same mouthful. If you look at the picture you can visually identify that half of the pepperonis are just burned. I expect better for a 30 dollar pizza. I also ordered a beer and there was an obscene amount of foam on top of it. Most anyone who has been at a brewery would return this or not serve it. I didnt want to be a jerk so I just took it and moved on Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Another great bar in downtown with a really chill vibe and cool staff. The cocktails are great and there’s a wide variety of them as well. Definitely a place to hit up every now & then.

Nicholas was such a coolio bartender for my cousin and I. He knew his alcohol which I appreciate from any bartender. Yeah Valley Bar is coolio but if uou want an honest good time without all the hype, visit this bar. Great service. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had one of the best service experiences of my life with rose! I feel terrible I can’t remember her first name but she crushed it!!!!! She gave great recs on food and drinks- had patience and a great sense of humor!! She made my night!!! As a bartender I’m picky AF and she beat all expectations! I’m coming back just to sit at her bar! They bartenders are amazing and they have an extensive knowledge of Agave. Plenty of options for Agave, beer, and other spirits. I loved the fact they had a local Tequila called Corrido. Basic college atmosphere with mediocre to basic music. The DJ and his friend were the only folks bobbing their heads. Glad they were open late night for a drink, but if they actually played decent music it would have been a great night out. 2.5 stars max Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I went on a late Saturday afternoon. It was slow, maybe 8-12 customers seated around the bar area. There was 2 tvs and both playing the same baseball game. I sat at a booth and the batrtender told me if I wanted something I needed to come to the bar. I place the bar and asked for menus and asked if she could change one of the TV screens to the Nebraska game. The bartender told me she doesn’t know how to work to see me and she’s never seen the game actually playing on the TV screens basically telling me, “no” We decided to stay and just watch the baseball game on the tv that was already playing. We sat for almost 15 mins at the bar without service. We left. Won’t be back. Would have liked to order some food n drinks that I’ve heard so many good things about but the service was not up to par.
