Always friendly, professional, and always fresh and delicious. Yasser is friendly and he and all of his team members are awesome ! The BEST hummus in all of the land ! I don’t know how this place is 4+ stars. You can get better halal at a random street cart than this place. Your food is not made to order. The chicken is dry from being left out on the flat top. The beef was dry and looked old. The rice was hard with no chew. Small portions and overpriced. My platter came out to $18. Edit: They reached out to me below but have not replied to my email. Maybe a way to try and save some face, but I'm editing this review to reflect my stance that they don't care and have not responded beyond what's written below. I've been here multiple times, and food's been fine. Today my mixed platter beef was nothing shy of beef jerky texture. How long has it been sitting on the grill for? rude and ill trained staff member at this location doing register on Monday 10/16 11:30am-12pm who was absolutely not helpful and did not provide the correct assistance when asked for the drink that came with the meal. Did not provide what was ordered and terrible unhelpful attitude then told us to call contact customer service - while we were at the store. For what? Please have management address this employee and reach out to me directly as well. Should have staff wearing name tags as well. Service: 1

Ordered a combo platter with sauce on the side to go. Didn't receive the sauce, a fork, or pita bread. Guess I'll eat the dry food with my hands.
