Fabulous place. We had a breakfast. French toast is excellent. Sausage is good. Scrambled eggs look like an omelette, but are very good. Fun place; very popular and lots of excitement going on. My boyfriend and I just left The Griddle and I enjoyed my meal and service from Camille so much that I’m writing this from the parking lot. The food was outstanding, I had Rosie’s french toast and my boyfriend had the pecan french toast-both were scrumptious!! The fact that they had fresh squeezed OJ and an espresso bar were also unexpected and delish. Camille was super sweet and had a wonderful sense of humor. In fact, everyone we interacted with had really positive attitudes and seemed genuinely kind. If we are ever traveling through Idaho again, I will definitely stop at The Griddle. The Griddle reminds me of a scene from a Hollywood production. I had the #3 combination with Pecan Crusted French Toast with Bacon Caramel Sauce, eggs, bacon, a cinnamon roll, and a coffee. The experience is one I will remember. I highly recommend you try this place for the breakfast experience. This location needs some serious work. Staff caused us to feel uneasy over the phone and when we arrived. They were very emotional and chose to project those emotions across the entire diner to each other by yelling. Normally you hear yelling occasionally from the kitchen not from the servers when they are standing 1 foot from your table. We recieved burnt toast, our omelettes should have been called scrambles and our hashbrowns were extremely underdone. When we informed our server of the issues he responded with okay and then got his manager who said that the food was always this way and that it is normal for staff to yell across the entire building when it's busy. The difference between the Meridian location and this location is night and day and we will continue making our trip to meridian in the future. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you are looking for some good food this is definitely the place. The breakfast is always yummy. But I will say everything we have had there has been delicious. Such a good place for breakfast. It's a little on the pricy side, but the quality of the food makes up for it. It's always inviting, a little loud, but other than that, it's an amazing place. The food here is very tasty, but I will say that the portions are not as large as we thought they would be. Their service is great and the food is prepared very well. We will definitely come here again. Outdoor seating is very nice, but to be aware of the flies in the summer months. Their homemade orange juice is a must try. Fun spot for breakfast! Inside was pretty full on a Saturday morning but they had ample space outside. The patio is shaded really well and we enjoyed it as there was much more elbow room between the tables outside vs inside. The servers and hostesses were all very friendly. Waters came out quick when we sat down and they are quick to get your order and be out with food. I highly recommend get the carafe of mimosa if more than just one of you are drinking mimosas. It is about 4 glasses for just $17. Food was great, I had the Caribbean French toast which essentially was just normal French toast but with a coating of coconut. The quiche was also very good, but a monster. Easily the largest quiche I have ever seen. We would recommend visiting if you are in the area looking for a breakfast spot.
