The George Hotel - JD Wetherspoon in Brecon is a great place to stay for a short break. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar area was welcoming and had an extensive menu. The food was good, although some of the dishes could have been better cooked. The only downside was the lack of parking, but you can find free parking nearby. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
