I am obsessed with this fresh chef! I make a point to grab a smoothie or bowl at least once a week as my “special treat”! The two young woman who own and operate this local small business are the sweetest and pay so much attention to detail and have the best customer service! I always get a sweet uplifting message hand written on my order. It makes my day! Oh and I can’t forget the peanut butter energy balls!!!! OBSESSED 😍. Do yourself a favor and stop by! This place is amazing! Abbey and Shauri's creations are delicious, fresh and nutritious. If I need a pick me up after a work out, their smoothies are perfect. I look forward every month to see what the new flavor will be. When I don't feel like cooking, the grab and go meals are great, and OH MY!! the weekly muffins are the best.
