I came in to have a beer and an appetizer. I was told to leave after I asked to have my thermos filled with water. I didn't get a chance to sit down at the bar an order anything. The bartender told me it was an open container it wasn't allowed in the facility. I wanted to fill it and take it back to my motorcycle and she refused. March 3, 2024 630pm. She wished me a good rest of the day. Previous experiences with establishment was friendly. This one was confrontational. Meal type Other

I ordered, was charged for, and never received over $50.00 of food through a delivery service. I never received anything. I canceled the order because obviously I was never going to receive it anyway. They only gave me a credit of $10.00. I hope they enjoyed the other $44.00 that they stole from me because it will be the last opportunity that they have to steal from me. Extremely short-sighted on their part. My fiancé and I went in for a burger and drinks at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. We normally have a great time when we go as we have gone many times before. Drinks are good and the food and rock n roll sauce is amazing. But today it was a total face plant. We walked in sat ourselves by the fire place right in view of the bar tender. Two waiters kept walking in the back but no one acknowledged us or asked us about ordering at all. A man who was building the fire kept looking at us and saying sorry it is cold in here and I’ll close the front door once the fire gets going. But never once asked if we wanted a menu or if we were here to drink. Plenty of patrons looked at us, the bar tender even made eye contact with me but kept talking to those at the bar and never came to serve us. This service made me not want to return in the evenings. Our son went to Hutto and played baseball and so Hutto is part of our family. Yet this service frustrates me as it seemed like everyone knew each other and we were not served because we didn’t know people. A restaurant is a customer service based industry. The customers coming in are the ones that help it run. If they aren’t treated well people won’t come back. I hope this changes and is different the next time we may decide to give it another try.
