I asked an employee a simple question whether as an employee they receive discounts, as incentives, from the company. He replied with a negative tone, "I cannot disclose that information" as if it was a matter of national security. My question was as to how employees feel working here. I don't know why he was so kind of mean because he really made me feel like my question was uncalled for from a customer. Anyway. I still love eating here and the friendliness of most people. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

My family had an amazing time eating here for the first time. The food was delicious; no issues there. The service was great; very friendly. Unfortunately, we had three servers in the span of two hours and no one explained each bag we were purchasing was by pound/weight. We thought it would be pieces of lobster and crab but we received a whole lobster and crab. We felt embarrassed to return the food because all server's were very nice but we do not believe any of them explained the portions to us correctly. I always order takeout here as it’s much more convenient. I call in advance and they usually give an accurate waiting time. The pick up process is pretty easy as you go up to the cashier, pay, and then pick up your food. I love the Cajun shrimp with the whole shebang and the Cajun fries! If I feel like treating myself, I’ll also get the crawfish. It’s like eating mini lobsters! had a wonderful time and our food was amazing! was sat within five minutes but did have a small party. we did wait a while on something we ordered although everyone had their food but honestly it wasn't terrible. would recommend!! Long wait, otherwise, we had fun and the food was good. Service is ok. We really like the area around the restaurant. Nice to take a walk around while waiting for your table. Br prepared to walk a bit for parking. There are parking garages around and they're free. First time at this location, and it didn't disappoint me at all. There was a wait of 40-45 minutes for a table. Thank God there was a Starbucks on the corner because it was cold and raining, and they were crowded on this evening. Once seated, we were greeted by a nice and friendly waitress who offered beverages while we decided on what we would like to order. The food was delicious, with great music and atmosphere. They have TVs in case you want to see the game. A special sink where you can wash your hands. They can get a little messy if you get the boil. This location has the friendliest employees and the food was delicious. It was 93$ for 2 people comfortably and lots of leftovers for 3 or 4 people. Great food !

There was zero sauce. They gave me no reason to choose this place compared to other's. I can't even tell you if their sauce is better than others places because its just tasted a little seasoned. I wanted to call and ask for my money back but it's Covid people are stressed enough. I would only try again if I were to sit in. I had higher expectations..... Update you have to buy an extra juicy sauce on the side ... I tried it and it was pretty good
