If they can get their service up to par then this would easily be a 5 star review. I’m trying to give them grace because they’re a new establishment, but we’ve gone in now 3 times over the past 3 months and the service is getting worse. However, their food is really good and so are their drinks. The atmosphere is top tier too. This place has so much potential, and the problems don’t seem too hard to fix so I’m not really sure what’s wrong. Hire more people and train your staff to be aware of their surroundings. It should not take 30-40 minutes to get 2 drinks when there were 8 tables occupied. Our appetizer came out after our meal and I needed to remind them that we did not get it. Then I had to remind them twice about the drinks (we received the drinks about 5 minutes after our meal was delivered). I REALLY want to like this place. The lady apologized and said that they were just really busy (I didn’t complain, but I guess she could tell I was annoyed) and she thanked us for being patient. I really hope they get the customer service situation figured out because this place has so much potential. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Not a good experience at all. My friend waited at least 20-30 mins for her drink. We should have left at that point but sadly we stayed. Long wait times for everything, several items we never even received, food was bland, checks were wrong, so on and so on. Very upsetting as I wanted to like this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
