TGI Fridays is a decent casual bar food service in the T concourse. Its right across from Gate T4. Since my flight was at T4, it made for a great place to wait for the plane! I only had drinks, so no food comments. Drink was well made by the bartender Keonte late one night in March 2024. I had an Old Fashioned with Bulleit Bourbon. All of the ingredients were there, bourbon, simple, orange and cherry. Its a quick service place, so no smoked glass.

TGI Friday's provided a calm atmosphere. My waiter was friendly. The menu featured a variety of American classics and creative appetizers. The portion sizes were generous, and the food tasted flavorful. Overall, a good choice for a casual and pleasant ATL airport dining experience.

I had a short connection in Atlanta so I got something to eat here. Original waitress was good but when I needed to pay my bill and head for my gate, I couldn’t find anybody. When I asked a staff member if I could get my bill, I was treated extremely rude. Most of the staff here should not work in customer service. I won’t eat here again, and I highly recommend others find somewhere else that values their patronage. This place absolutely doesn’t.

Terrible from the start! We were coming in from our flight, not familiar with the airport. After finally getting our luggage we seen TGI Friday. We were excited to see it since they closed all the ones near us. We get here the staff lack customer service and teamwork. One tells us to GRAB OUR OWN MENUS AND SIT AT ANY CLEAN TABLE. Another tells us to come where she is. We don’t know what the heck to do. Then we sit down and it’s an issue where we sit. Then we had to put our suitcases out in the hallway. NO ONE at any surrounding tables (4) had to put their bags outside. The entire time, I couldn’t even relax because I have to keep an eye on our bags the whole time since they are sitting out in a high traffic hall. It evident they are short staff. The staff that are here have attitudes probably due to be overworked. Which I understand but it shouldn’t affect the customers experience. If I wasn’t pregnant and hungry I would have left immediately.

I'm perplexed how an establishment can fail on so many levels so spectacularly and continue to exist-- so I offer this one star review for the future traveller looking to save themselves some grief.
I arrived at 8:25pm. I asked the host if I would have enough time to sit down and enjoy my meal. They assured me I had plenty of time to make my 9:00pm boarding. It was not busy.
For fifteen minutes I sat and quietly read my book before the server asked what I wanted to drink and eat. I ordered and about five minutes later the server came around saying they forgot what I wanted to drink.
When I finally received my beer I politely inquired about my meal (it's now 8:50) and was curtly told that it was coming and to be patient. I ask for my meal to be boxed up when it's eventually ready. At 9pm I receive my meal boxed and quickly pay and leave half of my drink. I'm one of the final ones to board the flight.
I ordered a simple burger and fries and one beer.
Multiple people came and went before I received my food.
No explanation or apology or acknowledgement from the hosts.
I'm not mad at anyone and this isn't personal. It just felt like I was an unpleasant interruption by my showing up.
The silver lining is that they did proactively make it to go and were generally professional if not punctual.
