Ordered Potato Skins - they actually had potatoe in them, very surprised Bucket of Bones - its a combination Ribs and Traditional Wings. Asked for BBQ but the wings came with the Whiskey Glaze. I'm not a big Whiskey guy but was very pleasantly surprised by the sweetness of the glaze. My server - Irene was out of this world awesome. When I said asked about the glaze, she quickly apologized and offer to have them redone. She was very engaging and super friendly. She made the visit so much better! Food is always great. Came in the night of 3/1/24 around 6:45PM and the waitress on duty was amazing! Very nice and kept me Hydrated. Food came fast and was hot. We went to Applebees over our usual TGIF and was very disappointed. Applebee’s and Fridays is like night and day. I’m not even sure how Applebee’s is still open. Sarah is the most amazing server we have ever had anywhere. We have been coming to this Friday’s since it was built and Sarah has been our favorite server for 20+ years. If Sarah isn’t working we go elsewhere. I wish we could have Sarah serve us at every restaurant we go to! She is the best server and gives the best service that we have ever experienced. We measure all servers against how amazing Sarah is (no one has ever measured up or gotten even close!). This TGI Fridays has really gone down hill. Went on a friday night around 7 place was pretty dead maybe 10 people there. Menu is pretty limited and prices are extremely high for what you get. Took long time to get food and waitress forgot to put in the appetizer so we got our food before the appetizer and didnt even get a discount or nothing for the screw up. The owners of this place need to send a secret shopper. The staff couldn’t have cared less if they were prompt or nice. The food was mediocre at best. 11-2-23 Me & my wife decided to try for the First time ever...TGI FRIDAYS! We Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Should've known. We stayed. We Ordered some apps. Found two pieces of hair in my appetizer, I showed the waitress and she acknowledged & apologized. She Didn't charge me for one of the appetizers which was nice, it was an great attempt to make up for their mistake. I ordered just a cheeseburger and fries. Frozen patty had no taste & not even cooked how I ordered it. Very disappointed in this place. My wife was smart and ordered just a soup because she knew better. The waitresses can do attitude & The cheese sauce and breadsticks were the only good thing about this place. If your reading this. Go to Cheddars or Chili's less than 5 mins away! READ THIS!!!! SEE PICTURES !!!! Ordered: Mozzarella stick appetizer $10.?? Comes with 5 mozz sticks!! only 5... Loaded potato $4.?? Came cold and butter I asked for didn't even melt in them!!! Whiskey Glazed sesame chicken strips $14.49. Soda for me and soda for friend.. I now know why my friend ordered "NOTHING" but a soda. 1..I have had better instant potatoes.. 2.. The chicken is more like popcorn chicken, not strips.. way over cooked even black/ burned in spots. Many of the pieces were tiny tiny pieces not strips.. 3.. The temp inside was hot as can be.. 83 degrees to be exact. Sweating sitting in the booth. There was under 5 customers including us inside I can only imagine if there were many, it would have been even hotter. Get the bill $38.-- I could have had 16 oz steak at Texas roadhouse or chicken alfredo at olive garden. Never been more unhappy. Don't hesitate to contact me to refund or make it right. FOR REAL ! Will give another shot but on your dime this time. My chicken not strips look exactly like the Tyler Johnsom review below! AGAIN DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!! We went in on a Saturday right before lunchtime and were seated immediately. Sarah was our server and was friendly and quick with everything. I had the app so we got the salsa and chips free and Mom ordered the friend shrimp and Coke and I got the Cobb salad with Coke. Both were great but I did ask for the manager. I wanted him to inform the cook that the shrimp was fried perfectly. Mom talked about that for the rest of the time we shopped. We both walked out at about $20 including the tip. Easy access to and from the restaurant. This place will remain on our list! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
