We walk into the restaurant there’s not that many people seated so we’re standing there for a good 10 minutes waiting on someoneto seat us . until the individuals that were already eating. Told someone hey are you guys gonna seat them or what? So we finally sit down, we get our menus.the server walk away said he was gonna come back waiting 15 min he comes takes our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer which were potato skins. We get our potato skins mind you we still have not received our drinks at all not even water we eat our tater skins after we were done eating our tater skins we get our drinks not really because it was supposed to be two sprites and a lemonade we got a sprite lemonade we did not get the alcohol drinks that we ordered. He stated he didn’t know what the holdup was with our alcoholic drinks OK fine can I just order our food we order our food mind you it was about 430 when we ordered our food, so we’re sitting here waiting on our drinks and our food. I see the people three tables behind us receive their alcoholic beverages. I’m looking around like OK where is ours and I still have not received my sprite so I look over into the kitchen and I see this young man just chewing away having a good meal. wow we’re still waiting on ours so mind you it’s about 440 I get up and I go speak to our server and I ask him hey skews me did you put our order in because if you did not I’ll just pay for our two drinks and tater skins he tells me no I haven’t put your order in yet. That’s my bad you should have seen the look on my face. Are you kidding me? We have waited all this time and you haven’t even put our our order in yet, so the manager was standing next to the server and the manager tells us that the sprite lemonade and tater skins were on them not I’m sorry he didn’t put your order in none of that. Do not waste your time coming to this Fridays. It has gone downhill. Their customer service sucks. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I used to go to this Friday's often. However, my last visit was horrible. The restaurant was empty and it was 15 minutes before we were seated. My wife informed me there was no tissue in the bathroom. There was napkins instead of tissue. The dining area had paper everywhere as if the floor hadn't been cleaned. This will be my family's last trip to Friday's. Hopefully they will get it together and provide better service in the future. Worst customer service from greeting. Waited several mins just to be greeted and when they finally showed up, host looked at me like I was bothering him. Wasn't busy when we showed up around 2pm on a Saturday. Then we waited for a good ten minutes and still no waitress to take our order before we left. And my wife notice 3 employees sittting at a booth by the back bathroom doing nothing. Don't waste your time and money on this place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 10 mins to be seated. Waited 45 mins to take our order. 2 out of 3 meals came out together. 3rd meal came out 30 mins later. Jenny the server customer service skills are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Food was cold, service was trash, restaurant was dirty. Management blamed it on short staffed. I enjoyed coming here. Company put together a end of the year lunch here and we had a nice time. I ordered the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, House Salad and a desert of Caramel Pecan Cream Cheese Pie with Ice Cream that had me on 50. The service was great and the environment was calm and colorful. Going to come back soon. Thanks TGI Fridays. I received my food 20 plus minutes after the rest of my table so I had to watch Everyone else eat and I was paying. The shrimp was so tiny and overcooked in my dish as well as others dishes. The chicken in my dish was rubbery as well. We definitely will not go back, this place has fallen completely off!!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
