Came in on a Wednesday evening and sat down at the bar. There were 4 others seated there as well. The bartender cordially greeted me quickly and served me the happy hour beer special right away. Another guy came and sat at the bar and he was served promptly as well. So no fluke, the bartender is excellent. I was very pleased because I had the opposite experience at another nearby location just 2 weeks prior. I then ordered a burger and fries. Both were good. The atmosphere is nice with subtle lighting and big screens easy to see with games on. Again, a different experience from the previous visit at the other location mentioned earlier. At that location, the lighting above the bar had annoying bright white light and there were no screens directly above the bar for easy viewing. I highly recommend this location based on, cordial service, atmosphere, quality of food and value (they actually had the happy hour beer on tap that the other location lacked). I don’t leave bad reviews ever but me and my son stood by the hostess stand for 20 minutes without a greeting along with 3 other parties waiting to be seated. Now I have compassion for them lacking employees but the manager should have been in the front seating people. Not busing tables. Huge fail.

Awful! Went here after visiting 13th floor. The bartender Andre was our server even though we sat at a table. We waited at the front entrance for at least 10 minutes before any employees noticed us. And at that point, we had to go and get their attention. The restaurant was basically empty and it was at least 3 hours before closing time on a Saturday night. Finally got a table and it took a while to get our order taken. Received my drink in a filthy glass. Had to send it back. My food came out (boneless wings) hard as rocks. Not impressed at all. We really should have left when we had to wait a while for a seat. That was the first indication that we were going to have a bad experience. Tables around us were empty but they still had dirty dishes, glasses and napkins on them. Just a terrible experience. I really expected better for the area. Needless to say, we will not be back. Four of us at lunch here today I don’t even know where to begin on the terrible service. Janice the manager could not get one thing right. She brought out incomplete orders. She brought out to go order out to table to serve. She brought out a cheeseburger with just the beef patty and fries which were not even ordered. No bun. Nothing Took forever to get a side of ranch or soda. Overcharged us for food. Even now gave us 2 to go orders. Brought random items to table that were not asked for Customers were actually walking out She had no skills in being a manager My grandchildren could have done a better job. Real picture of my drink with a metal ring in it! Thank God I don’t eat ice, could’ve chocked. Oh there was also an ant in it. Did not capture it but how disgusting is that? The Manager’s response “I’m sorry about that I took it off the bill.” Huh? How about “omg I’m so sorry I don’t know how that would ever happen.” I’m not sure if they thought I planted it in the drink or what but we left and didn’t order. Never again. Disgusting and unsanitary and this is only a drink. Imagine the food. Trust me, go somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1
