Waited over 3 hours to get seated. When we did get seated, the waitress was rude. Got our food and it was cold. Not a good experience at all for my high school bowling team. Talked to a manager and all she said was "I am sorry that it hasn't been a good experience, let me know if there is anything else I can do for you." Really?

i would give no stars if I could. We made a reservation at 7 for a large group of us. Our reservation was left open because not everyone was here *before* the time of our reservation. At no point were we ever told that we needed to tell them when everyone was here before they would seat us. After waiting for over half an hour, watching group after group passing both in and out, we asked what was going on.
Once the misunderstanding was cleared up we asked for any table, together or not, just any table so we could just eat. They said they would seat us as tables opened but another 15 minutes passed with nothing. One of the people with us was waiting in the main area while the rest of us were inbetween the doors or outside. She came out after another 10 minutes only to tell us that they just seated a 5-person walk-in ahead of us.
We are still currently waiting. Half our group has just left at this point to try and find something to eat. We have been waiting for over an hour now with absolutely nothing.
We're all hungry and frustrated beyond belief; nothing we have done has gotten anyone a table and still walk-ins are being sat ahead of us.
If you want to come here with a group and its even remotely busy, either lie and say everyone is already there or just go literally anywhere else.

Just wanted to shout out everyone who worked tonight. I showed up to pick up a take out order and they were crazy busy, but every single person I interacted with from start to finish was smiling, polite and helpful. Also, the food was excellent - which is saying something because we didn’t get to eat it for almost 3 hours. I would especially like to say how great the take out staff was. There was a mix up with my order and they apologized, were already working to fix it when I got there and offered me a coupon on my way out. I find this especially impressive given the location of take out desk, which is insane. I can not imagine trying to do that job with not only waiting dine in guests crowding the route, but waiting take out guests staring and breathing down my neck.
So my hats off to everyone working last night. Your all Heroes, Legends and Rock Stars

We made a reservation for 15 people. We all get there, waited a hour for a table. I was two booths and a small table. My wife and daughter ended up eating dinner on their laps.. there was a empty booth right next to us but they said we could use it ( it stayed empty the entire time) the wait staff didn't even say anything about 2 people eating dinner on out laps. Also this restaurant should be shut down until the restrooms are usable. I can't believe that the price of dinner and you get a moldy bathroom.

Stopped in traveling back home to Indianapolis for lunch and a beer...just for starters the hostess where very nice and pleasant...
Grabbed two seats at the for me and my girlfriend and this is were the experience goes to top tier I mean over and beyond thanks to TANYA!!!!!!
She was one the best bartenders I've ever encountered im a bartender myself and been to a number of bars across the country...
Very knowledgeable of the menu...no wait time for beers took our food order within 10 minutes of us being there.., she's very intelligent and attentive she should definitely be in a managerial position she's a absolute gem in the restaurant Industry with the way things are any restaurant should be blessed that you have her....
Now the food fresh rolls are always a must you never go wrong with them... 8oz sirloin mid rare cooked to perfection house salad and fries were a 9 boneless wings and fried pickles are 8 for this location all around experience I would give a 9.5

Appetizer sampler was a hot mess! No bacon on the potato skins and barely any cheese. Looks like all the food was thrown on. The plate. Didn't come with the usual sour cream so I had to ask for some. The server was nice about it but was all over the place. I ordered the country fried chicken and for some reason they brought out brown gravy instead of the cream that the menu says it comes with. Food was salty. Server forgot my drink. Not going back anytime soon.
