Overall a positive experience. The reasoning behind only 4 stars is 1.the hostess lead our group through the crowded bar area bumping into people. 2. Our cheese fries were 1/2 the size portion we gave gotten at other locations and overcooked. 3. One of our steaks was overcooked and the manger Mike, immediately got us a new one in a very timely matter and then comp that meal without hesitantation and without saying anything to him. Positives were our server Shay, was very attentive and management defused what could have been a situation gone bad. LOVE Texas Roadhouse!! It's one of my favorite restaurants. The food is ALWAYS good and the employees are very friendly too. I get the Dallas filets and they're usually so tender that they seem to melt in your mouth. Occasionally you'll get a tougher one, but for the most part, they're VERY tender and SO GOOD!! Wonderful experience. We were waited on by Sami who was friendly and attentive from beginning to end. My boyfriend ordered the bone in ribeye and shrimp combo along with mashed potatoes which was delicious. I had the prime rib ( available only on weekends ) and it was cooked perfectly and cut like butter. The green beans and loaded sweet potato were equally delicious.
