First off, I’ve been here in the past and had great experiences. However, tonight on Valentines when I took my girlfriend to have a nice dinner it was a completely different experience. First we waited 30 minutes to be seated at a table which is no problem, but I would expect good service. Our salad came out incorrectly, and while we ordered appetizers we went ahead and ordered dinner as well to save time . While waiting for our order a waitress dropped some plates which is completely an accident but one piece shot and cut my girlfriends finger. The waitress did not clean up all of the glass as there was more pieces around our table and she also assumed everyone was okay. After about 45 of waiting for food , our personal waitress had her fingers in my girlfriends chicken alfredo as she was carrying it to us . My pizza had way too much cheese and when i lifted it everything would slide down. This was a horrible experience with health hazards involved. Wonderful Food! GREAT PLACE TO EAT! Love the homemade special Chicken Dish! I have eaten for years here. One cannot go wrong eating at Tatianos. They have a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu. I like to eat the olive oil and garlic pasta. The house salad is also very good. Their thin crust large pepperoni pizza I crave ! Love the Atmosphere. Tatiano's has been my "To Go Food" for great Italian food in Rowlett. I recommend the large O'leary pizza, the classic Spaghetti and Meat sauce, Mediterranean Salad, Meat Ravioli and Manicotti with home made marinara sauce. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

New Updated experience: Great Valentines dinner with my wife. The special tonight was delicious it was called the Chicken Franchisca. The chicken just melted in my mouth. I loved the cheesecake for dessert, too. Great place. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE 👏👏👏 😀 Had a great dinner with my wife! Enjoyed the Large All the Way Pizza and the tasty crab claws for our appetizer. A rare gem in Rowlett The Food is authentic Italian. Since we found Tatiano's this has become our GO TO PLACE! We eat here at least 3 times a week. The Pizza, pastas, and salads our simply delicious. Great Place to eat. I was driving around this quaint little town and found this amazing place. The first thing I notice is how very clean the restaurant was. I was meet with a friendly face and the pizza and service was just fabulous.
