I love this place! Great taco selection (all of which are delicious!) Nice ambiance, friendly staff. Prices are kinda high, but you can't get tacos this good for less in this area. Food was very average and unimpressive. Guacamole and chips over salted, street corn had no flavor. Ordered to dine-in and after waiting 55min requested to package it to go. Went picked up Togo order from online ,start it off with One taco was completely empty in portion compared to the tacos it’s just was a blob of fat and a slither of the birria , so went spoke to the young man up front where I showed him the food and he decided that it would be funny to keep me standing there and go back-and-forth with me about what meat I got and then after five minutes I said it’s OK and that I will figure it out. Since he said he can’t help me ..As walking away then He’s decides to tell me he will replace the taco and I wait another five minutes and he still talking about the meat and says he can’t help me ?!? Not sure if he was under the influence or something but the Young man had no clue where he was at this point .. nothing is wrong with the meal that I ordered beside the one taco with no meat .literally it’s 3 simple birria tacos .. I ordered this food a lot never have I ever experienced this embarrassment and frustration as a customer while he sits there and laughs in front of other customers that are in line waiting . Because I’ve at this point asked multiple times what the solution was. He Said no manager was available? Umm. Not the experience I need on my weekend with family. Spend 40$ to be laughed at and embarrassed and waist time and eat a partial meal that was paid in full price that’s cold after standing for 14 mins and nothing got done . Check meals before you leave 🚨 edit ✍️ next day now and food definitely was not handled properly feel very sick .
