Man at the drive thru was yelling the the customer in front of us. Our food was cold, Man told us we had to purchase 3 super burritos to qualify for the BOGO $1 deal. Do people just not get trained at these fast food places anymore? I had a better rating up, but the last 3 visits have all been the same. Poor customer service and cold, poorly made food. Potato oles are for sure 5 star, but honestly, the burritos and tacos need some tlc. They're usually 90% lettuce and my last burrito had no meat in it, I opened it and looked after one bite of all rice. But I will say this, everyone that works there is always super nice when I stop. There was one gentleman that used to work there that I really miss, he had to be one of coolest, funnest, and most enthusiastic restaurant workers I've ever seen.
