Got an order of beans that was almost half full. Have a picture if interested since they won't allow you to post them.Have always thought this was a superior Taco Casa but they refused to accept a gift card purchased for a gift that is a taco casa gift card Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is one of the best taco casa locations, it's always busy but they keep everything moving at a steady pace they rarely if ever mess up a order and always seems to be enough staff which is great in this day and age. The food is always nice and hot seasoned the way it supposed to be and the tomatoes are not frozen like some locations if ask for some. The customer service is usually pretty good and friendly with exceptional time they walk away from the window and don't come back til they have your order overall a good solid option for a good fast food taco I wil continue to use this location as my taco casa go to Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My order was a chilada and 2 burritos. I was asked how many hot sauces I said 8. 8 was on the receipt and I received two packs not even enough to eat half of the order. Not sure why they ask how many when they aren't going to give the amount requested or even enough for the order. Service Take out

This location has yet to disappoint me. Food is always hot and fresh. Great taste. And the burritos are awesome reheated the next day. Good value as well. I don't typically dine in at this location. I have eaten here probably 100 times in the drive through, and I’ve never checked my order ONCE. They have literally never gotten my order wrong, AND, they have the absolute best cheese, period. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wish I could give 6 stars for service. David was manning the register and his good mood was highly contagious. Above and beyond service. It's been about six months so I tried them again. They are still using the inferior chips for the "super" nachos, but at least they were fresh this time. Very little beans and meat. Interestingly if you check the online menu, the photos still show the good chips they haven't used for at least a year. The tacos are still the same as they have always been and unsurprisingly, are the best thing on the menu. With anything else, YMMV. Usually have really good service here however tonight the young lady at the window kept asking me to repeat myself. I ordered a bean burrito no sauce. Then she asked if I wanted sauce I said no just plain Jane. Then again she asked if I wanted sauce. When I got to the window I asked if she couldn’t hear me and she had a lot of attitude and told me she was required to ask. I get that but I had answered her several times. She was off putting with attitude and didn’t really thank me and seem to act like I owed her. Sadly customer service has changed. Maybe she was new. So I will still try it again since the food is good. Food: 4 Service: 1

I am fairly impressed with the service in the restaurant. Taco Casa appeared to be fully staffed to meet the volume of dinner rush business, the line inside was moved quickly and I was served in a timely manner. This is a rare experience in post-Covid food service industry, as contrastly most competing restaurants are critically understaffed; this is definitely the situation I observed here at this location, and it’s nice to be served fast fresh food quickly for once. Interior tables were kept clean and free of trash. I intend to return in the future, and as long as the superb service continues so will I continue to patronize this business.
