Have many cars in their parking lot but refused to serve and said they were closed til nine. No reason they should be opening late when they were closed for close to a month.

The food was good but this remodel sucks. What one was a fun looking place to go to is now dark, dull and boring. What a horrible remodel job. There's nobody to take your order either, everything is done on your own with either a phone app or their own console. I'm never eating at a place like this again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped here on our way home. We went through the drive through and the employee stated they were out of three cheese blend and all soft drinks except starry. He said that the place was under remodel so they were out of most things. A remodel and not having food do not have anything to do with one another. Everything we went to order he stated they were out of. We were only able to get quesadilla's and soft shell tacos. Why are you even open? Would not recommend. Poor customer service. Nathan was great on the register, very personable and friendly, made food suggestions. Restaurant was very clean. Once we ordered at 5:54pm it took two trips to the counter and 20 minutes to get our meal for 2 people at 6:15pm. I should have known by the 8 signs that said help wanted, $2 more dollars after 11pm. i have never left a google review before but omg my tummy hurts so so bad. in my 17 years of living, i’ve never had any stomach issues when eating taco bell… until now. i went with 2 of my friends and all three of us had upset tummies only an hour after eating here. do not eat here unless you want to feel nauseous and scared tbh.

The last few times I've gone, they have gotten everything correct, quickly. These folks all deserve a raise. Order online and in drive through, haven't had an issue. Place is usually pretty clean and the staff is nice. Seriously shocking in today's standards how good they are. Strange other big restaurants can't get it together this well. First of all, I ordered a regular size freeze. I can’t believe this was $3.79. When I asked the employee at the window if it could be removed from the order he started huffing and puffing like a 2 year old having a temper tantrum. “It’s a mobile order” was his response. He proceeded to role his eyes even after we told him to never mind, we would just keep it. We even said thank you after taking our food and he just shut the window. Didn’t catch the guys name but if management sees this, we went through drive through at 6:25pm on 6/25/23. Definitely not a good representation of Taco Bell. Is this a Joke? I ordered a griller yesterday at 10pm and this is what I got. Very little meat literally less then 1 scoop, on the wrong tortilla. I think they did it purposely because they don't like me from a few months ago because I didnt let them yell and be rude to me for asking a question. Honestly the only person that was nice in there was this elderly man all I know is some young lady with red hair made it and gave me a dirty look. I'll make sure everyone knows about how you treat customers in here and I'm letting the co-owner know. I've had enough of this. You need to get better employees.
