I have had some items not given to me on more than one occasion. Given wrong sauces most times when using the app, If I’m even given any at all. Food is prepared decently for the most part.
Most recently, I was given the wrong order, called the manager, they told me to bring the order back, so I thought surely they would be making my order while I head back. They didn’t start the order, not only that, there was never a single “sorry” from the manager or anybody but Genesis was fantastic, she checked in and tried to get me my order. I watched the manager look in the bag of the order I brought back and debate if he could give it to the door dasher and then just throw the whole thing away. I paid for a large nacho fry and was given a small even when they “fixed” my order. I waited 25 minutes when the order should have been made or been In The process of being made as I drove there. If I was manager, I would stand over every messed up order to ensure the customer is taken care of… and I would certainly not be shy with apologies.

We like Taco Bell and the one in Ephrata is clean when we have visited and food is good. Down side is, it's not CHEAP fast food anymore. Pretty pricey for fast food.

My husband and I came here around 10:45pm tonight (1/3) and OH MY GOD!!! I felt so bad because there was only two people in there and they were getting a little rush so our food did take a little longer than usual but MY GOD WAS IT GOOD. I have never had taco bell this delicious in my life. Everything was wrapped so neatly (nothing was messy at all) and everything tasted SO good and fresh. Kudos to the two guys that were working tonight, they deserve raises for real.

Lobby was definitely closed employees shortage or something the new Norm however got food through the drive-thru food came out hot and exactly as I ordered
