If you prefer Mexican cuisine, then this fast food is worth checking out. At Taco Bell, clients can order perfectly cooked soft tacos, burritos and chicken. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices here are reported to be low. This spot is characterized by the cool atmosphere. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this fast food a high rating.

Employees represent your brand, your restaurant. When you have employees that care less about the customers that walk in the the door to PAY for a service, you are failing as a leader. If you are a leader reading this, please take action and train staff on basic customer service skills, have a little bit of shame, if your bad reviews do not tell you something, then I don't know what else to say. I'm not saying treat me like I'm greatness. Kindly take my order, and at the very minimum say "Thank you" because you have a job thanks to the people that come in and pay! very simple , right. My parents went to this location and were denied service. They were told to use the kiosk, which they have never used. There is a language barrier, or not very good with new technology. When at the service desk, the employee at eh sales counter was set in stone that they couldn’t help at the counter and the only way to get their order entered was for them to do it on their on kiosk. They left empty handed and with bad service because no one could help them take their order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Subject: Disastrous Experience at Taco Bell I regret to inform you of the utterly abysmal experience I had at your establishment recently. My visit to Taco Bell was plagued by atrocious customer service and glaring mismanagement that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing even the most basic level of assistance. Their demeanor was dismissive, and it was evident that they had little regard for the patrons they were supposed to serve. Moreover, the management was utterly incompetent. There was a glaring lack of organization and efficiency, with no apparent effort to address the myriad issues plaguing the establishment. It was abundantly clear that there was a severe disconnect between the management and the needs of the customers. To add insult to injury, I was forced to wait an unacceptable amount of time for a few measly tacos. The wait time far exceeded what is reasonable for a fast-food establishment, and yet there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any attempt to rectify the situation. As if that weren't enough, my order was incomplete, with items missing entirely. It was as though my request had been completely disregarded, and there was no effort made to correct the mistake or compensate for the oversight. In conclusion, my experience at Taco Bell was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of abysmal customer service, inept management, and disregard for the satisfaction of patrons has ensured that I will not be returning to your establishment anytime soon. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service at your establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru worker really nice and manger was cool until they messed up my order for the second time after me bringing it back. So I called for a refund because I asked for no cheese and the manger trying to accuse me and say he wrapped them so I’m lying but then want to offer the refund. You could have just said that, no matter your opinion because it’s definitely wrong. They had 4 times to get it right and only got it right one time. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Dont waste your money here. Service was horrible and unpleasant. My food was cold. It seemed as if they had given me left over tacos. They were soggy and barely had fillings. My husband tried the nacho fries worse thing ever. They definitely need to hire people who take pride in their work and want to be there. Will never use this location again. I really feel a little ashamed of posting Taco Bell as a place that I frequented, but I have to be honest. The meat does not sit well with me, so I ordered the cheesy, bean, and rice burrito. What can I say. I was hungry, and it was fast & easy. They were actually good. I can't say that about the service or the cleanliness of the place. The workers act like it's the most awful thing to have to wait on you. The tables were nasty and in need of a good cleaning, and the hot sauce bins were empty. What made it worse was that it looked as though the manager was sitting at one of the tables doing paperwork, ignoring everything I just described. Nasty!!!
