W A R N I N G !!! Ordered a number 1 and a number 2 from drive thru. Both were requested "no tomatoes." Food was obviously pulled from heat table, unwrapped, tomatoes scraped off, rewrapped (sloppily) and sent out to us as freshly made. Didn't realize this until arrived home with our order. One could visibly tell food had been under heat for awhile. Hard shells were extremely soggy and stuck to wrapping paper so much, tacos could "NOT" be picked up. All had to be thrown away. "TOTALLY UNEATABLE!" If you order takeout from Taco Bell, GO INSIDE TO ORDER, ASK FOR FRESHLY MADE AND WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR ORDER!!! If I had the option to leave a TOTALLY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, I WOULD!!! Kirksville Missouri Taco Bell will NEVER see one hard earned red cent from us again! Thanks for nothing!!! Food: 1 Service: 1

My daughter and I recently ate here during the week for lunch. The food was good and hot but the dining room was dirty. A customer spilled a drink, and instead of someone cleaning it up, they put wet floor signs out and left it. It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure why it was left.
