Update on 7-16-23 i visited this location again. And i should not have been surprised but the customer service was worse than last time. Not only did they not get the order correct they then blamed me for it when i went to have it corrected. This place is absolute garbage the employees have no idea what the hell they are doing. And to try and blame the customer for their inability to keep track of the orders. Whats they point in taking my name if you cant keep track of the orders. This place needs to go be overhauled something. Youd think the staff would get better, however it seems that lowering the standard is they way they run it. Its hard to go from incompetent to something worse yet they managed to do just that. I do plan on calling and emailing the corporate office as it seems localized management does not care about their customer base i work in customer service its really not that hard i wasnt even being rude until i got attitude. They should just pack it up and call it a day. If i could leave a negative star review it would easily be -4 stars for sure........ Don't know what happened to this place but it's gone downhill. The last three times I've visited they have messed up my order, twice, and let me stand at the counter without being even acknowledged. As team members walked by none the less. Safe to say I will not be returning. My bar for customer service isn't that high. But this place fell way, I mean waaaaay below even the most minimal of standards in my opinion. Employees more interested in their smart phones than their customers. Waited 20 minutes for my order, finally had to ask for a refund. Employees filling door dash & drive thru orders while in house customers are left standing around. Don't waste your time & money. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They messed up my entire order. We ordered 3 beefy melts, 3 bean and cheese, 3 crunchy tacos, and 3 soft tacos. What we received was 1 beefy melt, 3 mystery burritos; one with just cheese and rice and the other was a weird bean and cheese burrito with beefy melt like sauce I am not sure what the other was, we did not receive our 3 soft tacos at all and only got two bean and cheese burritos. When we went back they didn't give us a refund or anything just told us to come back tomorrow and pick up the food. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Taco Bell Penn Valley is the best! The staff is friendly & accommodating, they don't skimp on the food portions, plus it tastes better than any other Taco Bell I've eaten at! Located in the Shell Station, it is not really a dine in restaurant, there are a couple of tables to sit to eat, but it's a one stop shop & the Shell has the best donuts anywhere, fresh daily .
