we are not defined by our mistakes. everyone, without exception, makes mistakes. what defines us is how we handle those mistakes. time and time again, I've come to this location, and occasionally, they have made mistakes on my order. but unlike other Taco Bell locations, every time they've made a mistake, I've gone into the store, and they've fixed it, no questions asked. the employees here are always very friendly and seem to care a lot about the customer experience as well as the food that they sell. this is a very good Taco Bell location. Update: I was here today with a mobile order and paid for double chicken in my bowl, they were out of chicken so I said steak was fine, my bowl looks horrendous and is missing the sauce I paid for. Picture below. I was here tonight and paid for my items... When I got home 23 mins away I was missing 1 item. Called and spoke with the 'manager' who said they took my order and said I didn't pay for all my items therefore I did not get all my items (I ordered 2 quesadillas no sauce, a #2 and a #7. I paid for all those items and was missing 1 quesadilla. They said I was a a liar or need to bring the receipt there for proof. Not worth it as its 23 minutes 1 way from there to my house.. Here is a picture for proof of my receipt. Please make sure your staff is actually customer oriented and friendly.

Ordered a beefy melt burrito and a Mexican pizza. I received a burrito supreme and a rancid pizza. The tortilla on the pizza tasted like rancid oil I had to spit it out. I live 30min from this location so it wasn’t worth driving back, just threw it out. Sad no one takes pride in their job or cares if they make people sick. Usually they're pretty good, but lately they've been adding the nacho cheese to the top of the lettuce which is really bizarre and almost ruins the chalupa when you ask for it to be added to the chalupa. When I worked at Taco Bell, the nacho cheese was right next to the meat. Is that no longer the case? Or are they going out of their way to add the nacho cheese to the top of the lettuce. I might try other Taco Bells in the area if this continues. I chose this one over the one in Middleton originally because they did a good job. That seems to be changing. ALSO, whoever was making the food seems pretty new. The tortillas need to be filled with the bubble side up.
