Ordered a mexican pizza and the shell tasted like old nasty grease. I paid extra for sour cream and they left it off. They chicken tacos were had barly any meat or cheese in them. Highly disappointed 😞 in the quality of food this location is producing. On the visit before that I ordered a chicken chulpa and the shell on it was also gross. It was hard and tasted like old grease which seems to be a trend here. There is a new location near 1417 on hwy 75 I am wanting to try out! Walked in. Was told I had to order from kiosk. No one available to take orders. Four employees standing around all scattered. No eye contact, no answers. Kiosk only allows for adding large drink to meal and I don’t want to pay for a large drink, nor would I drink it. We left without ordering. Ordered a burrito supreme, paid the more expensive price. Got a bean burrito with a crumb of beef in a un fully filled tortilla. Very annoying. Won't be back to a taco bell again.
