the guy who works the window is the kindest soul. not only do i love taco bell, especially this location, but it makes the experience all the difference when he’s working!! Service: 5

This location is nice, it's pretty new, everyone is friendly, etc. The food is what you'd expect from a taco bell, amazing! The breakfast crunchwraps are my favorite. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Waited in the drive-thru for an hour just for a pickup, so I decided to start just getting the pickup at counter. Wasn't any better and is honestly the reason I'd never recommend going here. The workers literally ignore anyone that comes inside. I will stand there as close to the counter as possible and there will be 3 of them that perfectly position themselves where they "don't see you". I had to demand they give me my pickup order after standing there for 5 minutes (no exaggeration). One worker doesn't even speak English. Just to make it clear this wasn't just one single time this has happened. I've gone there 4 times now and it's the same 5 minute wait on the inside and 30 minutes to an hour wait in the drive thru. Went through drive thru and always a shock 5 regular hard tacos NOW 10 dollars absolutely sickening! I know inflation! Still a bummer used to be alittle over 3 bucks Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
