T3 is great. The atmosphere alone is a good vibe. The owners very welcoming. You can go there pre or post workout and get the fuel you need while discovering new recipes for protein intake. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

T3 nutrition is the place to go to get your health and wellness on. You have Val and Brandon who will guide you through a workout journey a weight loss journey and help you be the best person you can be. The shakes there are phenomenal!!! They have these delicious protein waffles you have to try them they are out of this world! And on top of that you can't beat the company that comes in everyone is so friendly everyone is so helpful everyone is so nurturing and caring I love going to this place and I will be here and work out with them as long as they'll let me!

Love the atmosphere and the environment and the shakes and teas. Super helpful wellness coaches and staff. They help me out with anything I need and have delivered things to my house when I needed it and made sure that even if the warehouse sent something wrong then they substituted it themselves and made sure I was not inconvenienced. Definitely a good healthy option and they’ll even show you how to stay fit and work on you with work outs and meal plans.

Indulge Guilt Free!!!! This is an uplifting and motivating nutritional community to want to be a part of. They offer nutritional sessions and exercise classes by the best coaches! :) The T3 Nutrition Bar is on point! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Let’s move on and talk about their Food services, YES food! Their Waffles, shakes and energy drinks are delicious! Not to mention their protein waffles are Gluten free!!! You must try everything on the menu!!!!

They have the best healthy shakes!!!😋😋 You will forget that you are eating healthy. Great service and atmosphere with lots of positive energy. Try some of their other goodies it will delight your taste buds. P.S the waffles are to die for!!!!
