The food was good we had the chicken sate (skewers) and the raisins crêpes. But the service was rather slow and not very attentive even though they seemed over staffed. I gave a 5* because I can't give 4.5. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–20

All by all not really a bad place. However ordering an omelet brings you something super oily, full of cheese, not really sophisticated.. but biggest issue are the flies when you are sitting indoor. You really get harassed by a dozen flies who manage to touch your food before you can waive them off. Quite disgusting. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Today at around 4:30 p.m. the waitress accidentally dropped a glass bottle on my 8-year-old daughter's head and poured water and cola over it. The blow was strong enough to make a purple mark on her forehead. I know she didn't do it on purpose, but no one even apologized to her! He didn't offer a lollipop or something! All she heard was "better?" When my daughter cried for service, the most important thing was to clean it as soon as possible, no one even brought a towel to wipe her clean and it was very wet and the rest of our trip in Arcen was not very pleasant. Only at my request, we were given ice wrapped in an old cloth. I am disappointed with such behavior. Everyone pretended that nothing happened. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

We had a late lunch here around 4 PM on a Saturday. All the indoor tables where reserved for 5 PM but we told them we will be out as soon as they bring us the food so they allowed us to sit inside as it was cold outside. We ordered the Italian burger which was delicious. Fries was fresh and delicious. Surf and Turf was OK because the steak was tough. All in all a good experience

A very comfortable restaurantwith really delicious dishes and friendly service. We ate there twice...once for dinner al fresco and the following day for lunch inside as weather cooler and wetter...both a nice experience.

We had a burger with fries, beef noodles and bitterballen for the toddler. Good portions and very good. Friendly waiter allowed our 3yo a brief visit to the kitchen. Would definitely recommend

Excellent food. Really try the coffee delights! Every bite is a delight. Very busy place so except to wait on your food. It is worth it though. Price and quality of food is excellent. Would recommend this to all who wants nice bite to eat.
