Best drip coffee I've had in Laramie! Ambiance is not as nice as other shops in town, but the bonus is that there is more space between tables than the other coffee shops, so it's easier to hear AND it's nice and relaxed. It’s cozy, the syrups are made in house, the drinks are delicious, and they have the best breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend!! Bring your own mug for the true zero waste experience. I've always lived in Laramie and this place is an amazing addition to the tree area. The coffee and food was perfect, and the seating area is so peaceful. There's lots of seating for doing homework and bathrooms are available! 10/10 first experience here. Check it out! Sunshine Coffee is the breath of fresh air Laramie was in dire need of! As the first of its kind, it’s doing a PHENOMENAL job! The zero waste approach is refreshing, inspirational, and much needed. Lattes to die for and Bagel Sammies for days.
