Service should be -5. So I just went by to get a Subway real quick and it was 9:00 the time that they “close” but the employee (idk her name but it’s a skinny white female drives a white dodge suv) well she could’ve been respectful enough to let me know it’s closed but no she was too busy on her phone sitting im her car. So as I proceed to get off and walk towards the door bcz the lights were still on, she rushes in front of me and locks the door in front of my face without acknowledging my presence. Seriously so disrespectfully it costs $0 to let a customer know that business is closed for the day. And also the management should keep tabs on her bcz she was distracted on her phone instead of closing as she should have been and on top of that she shut the door in front of a customer. She should be fired if she can’t do her job as said. Service: 1
