In birthing suite and my husband got hungry so he went down to the subway. Lady working was rude, she watched him walk up but continued to ignore him for an additional 45sec to finish whatever she was doing on her phone. After opening and eating his sandwich the bread looked very light in color almost not cooked properly and he even got it toasted. Definitely was not impressed. The guests in this hospital should be able to go a restaurant that’s offered and located within the hospital for good food and service. Disappointed as usual. Bread was crispy as their norm any time I stop in. When she first grabbed my bread and sliced it, I cud see the top flaking off. I asked her if it was hard. She squeezes it and says oh no, it's fresh. I pay for my sandwich, get it to the car, open it, and it's just as dry and flaky as I was afraid of. Tasted horrible. Never again.
