This is the second time in a row within a time span of two weeks that I have made an order ahead of time online using their Subway app and I get there well after the time that the app stated my orders were ready and the people working there have not even started making my order! What is the point of making an order using the app ahead of time just to get there and have to wait over 15 minutes just to get two subs?!? Rude employees, older ladies making young kids make the sandwiches and no one is helping him. They were using the same knife for every sandwich order! Gross place! Won’t go back there! Wanted to order a 3 inch sub and was charged for a 6 inch with anyone telling me they charged me for a 6 inch and was told they don’t do 3 inch subs when I have got them multiple times.
