I ordered a meatball sub online for curbside delivery. I got there exactly on time. The sub delivered to my car (I have a bad knee so I used the curbside). The meatballs were maybe room temperature but not hot. I contacted the manager and he wrote me he was sorry but he didn't offer me a refund even though I suggested that. I had to heat the sandwich up at home in my microwave. For what they charge the sandwich should be near perfect! Food: 1

This place has the worst manager ever!! She is so rude and is inconsiderate of her clients.

Ordered two foot long flatbread sandwiches and they were wrapped very sloppily. It was wrapped the wrong way so that it looked like a 6in sandwich 😡. The sandwiches were carelessly wrapped and show of pride in their work.
