Went in 2 different times and had to wait over 5 minutes 2 nd time no one behind counter. Had to get store cashier to hunt someone up. And still took another 4 minutes to get assistant. The first time walked out

I watched a young lady with colorful hair wipe her nose on the gloves she was using several times and have snot on her gloves and contaminate all the food by sticking that same glove in it and handling customers sandwich’s I bought a 6” and threw it away it’s not about the money that is disgusting and she’s going to get someone sick. I confronted her about it and she cussed me out and told me to leave the store. Real professional subway. I loved my experience here and the manager is super friendly except for the cashiers that are females who are rude and have stuck up faces .I used to come here twice a week after work for a few months .My ex lives nearby and loves going to this Subway as well .If I give this 10 stars I would ^.^

Great employers and my sandwich was perfect, I will be back when going through Riesel again. The wait wasn't long and if you enjoy subway weekly then you know some people order 2 or more but their timing is good.

Matt, the Gm, does not train his employees well. He runs this store terribly.. very rarely is it ever a good experience.

This place is horrible. I use the mobile app to order ahead because I’m always in a hurry or send someone from work to pick it up and save time. 50% of the time my order has not even been started when I get there. They never have the cookies I pre order, I usually order double meat and very seldom do I actually get it. Even ordered cookies once and they had none made but refused to give me my money back that had already been charged to my card. Today was the last straw when I ordered $30+ worth of food and got home to find no cookies (6) and no chips (2)

It was Christmas eve and no one that was open had anything left and as usual the subway in Riesel Texas did , the lady working fixed us up extra special and we appreciate the kindness, I highly recommend this establishment. Merry Christmas

Subway what can I I say. OK I'm originally from Philadelphia and we have Philly cheese steak s and Hoagies/Dub sandwiches.. both ate amazing and each place is unique but all good. The big thing with sandwiches is the bread if That's not Good forget the sandwich. Fresh baked flavorful large selection of meats cheeses toppings vegetables sauces so importan then the right thickness of slices of meat cheese vegetables and the amount.ig u get that you have a name and a following.i realize that suwsy is a chain with rules butetdonr of them make an extra special effort to please this store I'd one of the great. Thank you
