I tried getting food between 5-6 in the evening. Walked in started to order my food, first red flag is they had it to where you couldn't see the meat they were serving, second and final red flag was when I went to order my vegetables the lettuce was getting brown, could pass but when I went to order the onions they looked like they were in the fridge for a week then served. I pointed it out to the lady and she tried hiding after I saw... And I told her I no longer want the food she's serving and started heading to the door and she continued trying to make me finish the order. Old ladies don’t listen to what you want and then they don’t add the drink and chips to your meal and you end up paying for them separately even though you paid for the meal in the first place and they said they can’t do anything about it. Probably my fifth time there and they have never got my order correct and had terrible customer service. I don’t typically leave reviews but someone’s got to say something.

I used curbside pickup today. Instead of saying thank you for the order and have a nice day like you should the lady proceeded to tell me they have a drive thru and I could have used that. I have had excellent service and the food came out great all the other times I have been here. But I am only rating based on todays experience. No reason to be like that when I was following the instructions sent to me after ordering. 🤷‍♀️

The staff is overworked and underpaid. They are wonderful. Pleasant even when busy. The staff is why I chose this Subway and not Sheetz.

First customer of the day. Waited 10 minutes for worker to come while the one came out got a drink and disappeared. Bread must have been yesterday's as it was stale. Not good
