I made an online order and when we got there at the time the app said to pick it up, it hadn’t even been started on. They had 3 people in line and another customer waiting for his online order as well. We sat there for 20min and they still hadn’t started our order. At that point we told them to cancel our order and they told us to wait. In 5 minutes we ask again because we have to get back on the road to get to college. Another 5 minutes goes by and the woman worker finally goes and gets her manager to cancel our order. I’ve worked in food, so I understand it gets difficult when the stores busy, but that was not the busy. It takes less than a minute to cancel someone’s order and the fact that we had to wait an additional 10min and watch them both make other peoples orders instead of helping us was extremely unprofessional. I overheard a shocking conversation between an employee and a manager a few weeks ago. The employee was sick and asked to be sent home, the manager threatened to cut the hours and ultimately fire this young person if they didn’t continue preparing food and making sandwiches ! My opinion… a manager that would let a sick person make my sandwich should not be managing anything. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked in an older man was checking out a customer. Once he was done he walked over and asked what did I want to order. I told him 3 foot longs. He grabbed the paper and turned to grabbed the bread. I asked him to get clean gloves he used those to take money. He said she used card and I told him he used the register with those gloves. He began to get aggressive and repeat the same thing. I could see spit coming from his mouth on the food. He is missing half his teeth he or no one should really talk over food. I went to another subway. I was told he was the manager. That man is a horrible manager. Find someone else. I know it hard to find employees but do better Subway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well, I was going to order, but while waiting was watching the older man behind the counter, walking around eating food, no gloves on texting on his phone and then walked over to the cashier to check people out. I think that’s disgusting. Needless to say, I did not order anything and will not be going back to this location as it is the third time I have tried to go in their location with Dad customer service. Service Dine in
I like this location and they seem to have good workers. I have been going to this location about a year and a half now and have observed one very big problem.. they do not like to change their gloves. Who knows what kind of cross contamination is going on. It isn’t just one of them it’s most of them. How can they expect me to leave a tip when I’m worried about the cleanliness of my sub? Clean, well stocked, they recently had a full menu change but there's no pictures. I know that sounds so dumb to mention but it was enough to throw me off because I'm used to them being there. Also the glass has decorations so you can't see the toppings clearly so it would help to know what you want in advance. It's like they put more thought into rebranding themselves than they did functionality. They did finally convert the sneeze guards into actual covers so the food stayed fresh longer. I do feel like they down sized the portions too. So fresh ingredients just less of them.

I ordered a sandwich through the app. When I arrived they had it prepared on time. However when she grabbed the sandwich the wrapping unraveled a little bit. I didn't give it a second thought but I guess it didnt hit her standards and she quickly re-rapped it. She was very apologetic and like I said it wasnt a big deal at all. I think it showed how this Subway has a standard they want to exceed and I can appreciate that. The sandwich itself was perfect. I will be back.
