I know it's snowy and frozen, and the kid in there was the only worker. But I've never seen someone take 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. Placed an order, waited about 10 minutes, then showed up and proceeded to sit in the restaurant for another 50 minutes. In that time, I think he made five other sandwiches. He was unhelpful and rude, and several people walked out from standing at the ordering line without him even acknowledging their existence. Placed online order to be picked up by 4pm. Showed up at 4:07pm, oreder was not made at all, showed the app said it was ready but clearly not, waited 40 more minutes for it be made. Unexcusable. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family of 3 were the only people in the store. The worker didnt even know what the "mini italian" bread was. We were there for like 20 mins just to get 2 6inches and a footlong. There was basically no veggies out and when i asked for a little lettuce the worker pretty much put a couple pieces. By the end of it my sandwich literally had like no meat on it.. I was eating bread.. So disappointed.. and I walked out of there spending $30 for basically bread..

Furious !!!! I order my sandwiches and give you the cash register and that’s when they tell us that they don’t accept the coupons they did prior to this but now they don’t accept them anymore you need to have a when you come in the door instead of the cash register will not ever go back again I will go to Independence every time!! This way people know they don’t order the sandwich!!! Because I would’ve went somewhere else!!! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

If I could give zero stars I would. The managers of this store are so cheap they barley put any topping on a sandwich and when you ask for more topping they charge you for vegetables. And the manager Ashley has no customer service skills at all. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
