I have been coming here most Fridays and try something new all the time but I keep coming back to their delicious chilaquiles de pollo!!! Holy cow they are the best. The breakfast vibe is always good and everyone is so friendly. Everything I’ve had has been so good and tasty. My favorite breakfast cafe in Fate! One half of our order was cooked, then sat for an extended amount of time before it was addressed that the other half had not been cooked. They remade the first one and finally made the second one. The juice was excellent but the pancakes and French toast was just okay. Could have used some vanilla extract and a little more powder sugar for the French toast. Simply the best cafe in Rockwall and Fate. Food is great. Service is even better. Even when packed we have never waited more than 15 min. Don't know how they do it but I hope they keep it up. My wife and I are there 1 to 2 times a week and it's easy to get a good breakfast or lunch for us at around 25 to 30 bucks. Just go. You won't be disappointed.
