This place has amazing remedies that can change your life. I am a living testimony. Yesterday I stopped by the only place I could think of desperately trying to catch my breath and get relief from what appeared to be the worst case of laryngitis for three weeks now. Fighting a five month asthma flare up. As it seemed that nothing was working like Therflu, DayQuil, NightQuil or allergy medications. I have been through 4 rounds of antibiotics and prednisone since the last week of August 2023. I was so tired I want to just give up. However, yesterday was a game changer, as I pulled up and asked for an Earl Grey tea with lemon and honey. Nonetheless, the drive thru person said you must mean something [inaudible]. My response was what ever you think is best and there it came. The Medicine Ball or Cold Buster or known as the Honey, Citris and Mint Tea. Within minutes I could talk, breathe and finally got sleep laying down in my bed after 4 months. Keep making amazing drinks. I recommend this amazing drink and place very highly. I went in while it was pretty busy, the employees were friendly and it had a very relaxed atmosphere. It took an extra minute to get my drink, but it came out perfectly and as ordered. Ironically enough, they managed to get my name right and I couldn't make a funny meme of my cup. Will definitely visit this Starbucks again as they really made me feel welcomed and not like my business was an inconvenience. 10/10 will be going again. Ive never had problems with this Starbucks in general but my review is specifically for the barista named Anna. I believe she goes by the nickname blue there. She had remade my drink when I forgot to ask for decaf, complimented my outfit and showed extreme kindness. She could tell I was not having the best day and asked if she could give me a hug. Line was extremely slow and when I was finally up at the window I could see they were moving at a leisurely pace and joking around/talking. Can’t believe it was taking so long. When I finally got my grande sugar cookie latte she tried to give it to me iced when I ordered it hot so I had to wait some more. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a ton. I made a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived. I sat in a drive thru for over 20 mins before finally getting to the order speaker to be told that my order wasn’t ready! 30 mins to make a Carmel macchiato? Sat in the drive thru another 20 mins before making it to window only to sit and wait for my drink. The service was also subpar. They weren’t rude but also were not friendly. Wow! What an adventure. Generally slow but this took the cake! More than a half an hour of wait and no coffee to show. Sad and disappointed. The real problem was how the staff was speaking so poorly of all the customers that were present and in front of them so freely and openly. If I was management, I'd be looking at the staff working the afternoon of 10/26 and seeing if they should continue to be employed. And the disturbing thing is, my wife kinda thought one of them was the manager. I guess that would make sense if they were so comfortable treating their source of wages that egregiously. I'm currently standing inside this store after sitting in a stagnant drive thru line for almost 10 minutes without moving. This is, hands down, the dirtiest and most disgusting starbucks store I have ever been in. The trash cans are all overflowing, there's trash and chunks of stuff all over the floor, the mobile pickup area is gross, and none of the lights are on outside even though it's nearly 8pm and twilight. Terrible service, very slow and they don’t care! Most of Employees that waited on us had no personality or kindness whatsoever! The countertops were nasty and not kept wiped or cleaned.
