It's easy to find Starbucks due to its great location. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fast service is something visitors agree upon here. One of the newest stars in the city of Coral Springs this Starbucks is stunning. The staff are warm, attentive, and serve every cup of coffee with a pleasant, greeting smile. They have wonderful music, atmosphere, up-to-date, decor, beautiful glass windows to enjoy the outside. Thank you, Starbucks. I went to this Starbucks and ordered a grande hot chocolate on the app and waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes before getting to the window. Got to the window and the barista asks for my payment, I tell him I paid using the app. He pauses, checks every drink and proceeds to remove the sticker off a short sized drink and tells me they had the wrong name for the hot chocolate 😒 I say I ordered a grande. He brings the drink back in the window and walks away 😒😒 I guess he went to make the drink again, not sure. But I asked him to pls make it with oat milk, like I ordered in the app. He doesn’t say anything but then walks away to talk with his friends, and about 4 minutes later gives me the drink shown in the picture (emphasis on the dirty lid!!!) I’m annoyed to say the least but please get the customer service together and I will stick to my normal Starbucks location.
