It's unfortunate that they were short staffed this afternoon. They only had 2 baristas behind the counter and only one was making drinks. He did his best to try and keep up with everyone's orders. The wait time was ridiculous. We waited about an hour for our drinks 😩. It was difficult to understand the barista, so people's drinks just sat on the counter. I did let them know that we couldn't hear him, so he spoke up some. A customer assisted by calling out the names on the drinks.😔 Other than the long wait my carmel frappuccino was delish, but my son's drink was not so great. It was lacking in flavor. A lot of people walked in saw the line and walked back out. We should have gone somewhere else as well 😞👎 12/03/2023 - I placed my order on the mobile app and it was ready when I arrived. It was fast/ convenient and now I know I have to customize my drink to add sugar and cream. Nai was extremely helpful!!! Okay they earned to level up, so I give them an additional ✭. Just very dirty, needs regular cleaning. Restrooms have codes, and the staff can't remember it. The coffee was great. It did take a little longer than expected, and there were plenty of people working there, and there was no reason for the service to be slow or not to have a clean store. Someone should go and clean the restroom and just sweep and wipe down a few tables. But I was there for at least two hours and nothing was done to the floor or tables. Horrible service. Wrong drinks that take WAY TOO LONG to be made. I've seen a barista throw a drink here. I've had inconsistent drinks nearly every time. I've had my drink taken by another customer, only to be met with frustration by the barista that had to remake it (like it was HER drink that was stolen or SHE was the one who had to wait 30 min). This is BY FAR the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There's a MUCH better Starbucks less than a mile up the same road, spend your money there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had really bad experience at this place. I order some drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. I had to wait for my cookie almost like an hour. Still wondering why is there only 1 barista working. Do this managers know how to make schedules?. Never coming back!. Food: 1 Service: 1

This location's Baristas are SLOW and Lazy!. I think they were sleep walking!. 20 minutes to make each drink and there were only six people in the store!. No napkins, dirty tables, when they finally make your drink they just put it with the rest of the drinks. No name called and the drink is wrong! . Lazy evening workers here.and you want a tip?! I have gone these past 3 times and have asked for an iced brown sugar shaken expresso. There has been this one employee that has made it recently and it has been horrible! I have had this drink before by a different employee and it was great! I will be getting the employees name the next time I go as I do believe she needs to be trained more. Food: 1 Service: 1

Wow. Store dirty unorganized. Waited at counter while one person talked on phone and was ignored by two other employees. Finally the person on the phone helps us. The bathroom was dirty, the floors of the entire place are dirty. The the drink is 3/4 full and so hot I burned my mouth. Not just hot coffee, but burning hot coffee! Terrible, worst Starbucks ever, Corporate please step in and fix this location. And they over charged me!
