This is hands down the best Starbucks I have been too. I love coming here. I am here often and know most of the drive thru people however Araceli’s customer service goes way above and beyond. Cone in front of drive thru entrance, yet all 4 servers were wearing headphones. 😑 Husband ordered a venti half caf/ half decaf & instead got a venti caf w/ half and half in it. When he brought it to the attention of the server, no apologies, & when they handed the re-made one back, husband thanked them nicely and all the response he got was a very grumpy look & cold shoulder. 🥶 Very surprised to get this kind of treatment as we have had very good service there in times past. As a Starbucks lover I was very disappointed in the quality of their customer service. They were not smiling and looked angry. Their responses were short and frank. I will definitely no be going to this location again.

I am hopeless In love 💘 with stare Bucks 🌟 . No matter what star Bucks I go to I am almost Always pleasantly surprised with how consistent this coffee chain is. On the rare occasion that ithe coffee doesn't taste right they replace the coffee for free. Starbucks You're practically guaranteed satisfaction.
