One star so that it will pop up. We rarely go to Starbucks- and clearly will continue not to. We went through the drive thru and ordered a venti dark roast with 2 shots of hazelnut, a venti caramel macchiato, a ham and cheese croissant and 2 mini vanilla bean croissants. We had our order repeated back to us three times by the team member and it was correct. We got up to the window, paid $18 and some odd cents with a gift card. We don't usually get receipts. Received one of our drinks and all of our food items. The team member opens the window and asked if we were still waiting for our croissant to which we replied no we are waiting for the caramel macchiato. She states she didn't have that on the order. On all of our items it states there are 5 items in the order and we received 4. She didn't asked for any help or consult with anyone else just kept saying it wasn't on the order. The items we paid for costed $13 something. We just drove away in frustration after wasting money without our other coffee. Stick to Caribou everyone.

Rarely can get a drink well made. Is consistently wasting my money by over filling the drinks with ice, even when you ask for light ice.

Never make your customers wait 20 min in drive thru because of one car. Tell that customer to come into the store so you can better serve them to keep your drive thru efficient and customers happy. Service: 1
