I guess even though it’s says it’s open until 9 pm on Friday it’s not really open till 9 on Friday. Doors locked at 840 and refused service at drive through. I walked up because I drive an 18 wheeler when the doors were locked upon arrival. Taking my business elsewhere tonight. Thanks for nothing Starbucks. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work this area and after a year I decide to stop drive through at this location . I had a 100 gift card and I am not a Starbucks fan but I know I think most of your drinks . I never knew and I mean never knew how hard is to order a hot decaf coffee, it felt like a movie setting . I come here I ask it’s 9am January 10 2024 I shared my experience with Yasmin the supervisor but I hope this gets to the ceo. I ask and I was happy thinking why pastry to combine with . I asked for a venti decaf . Barista : ha ! What do you want ? An americano ! Me : no not an americano a hot decaf coffee. Barista : we don’t serve decaf coffee. Me : would that be considered your blonde . Barista : I am confused I don’t know what you want a decaf or blonde or shots of decaf expresso. Me : trying to control myself I don’t even want pastry no more , I am bothered upset like I get it. You work at Starbucks you know all the sizes the ingredients you are a super hero me I just want a freaking decaf . “ a blonde is fine if it is close to decaf !!! Barista : I don’t know what you want I am just trying to understand you , what size ? Me : for the 4th time VENTI STARBUCKS NEED YOU TO RE TRAIN THIS EMPLOYEES ABOUT EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND COMMUNICATION ABOUT HOW TO SHARE PRODUCTS YOU SERVE OR ANTICIPATE THE NEED OF A CLIENT . So disappointed MCDONALDS IS MUCH TASTIER ANYHOW .

Thank you for the barista that changed my coffee lid , I ask the barista to please hand me a lid for my coffee with a napkin as I notice her hand pressing on my lid , now it’s not like before I get it I worked in restaurant and rule is you never touch the lid or the the top of the glass or whatever . COVID hit and money exchange with lids at Starbucks gets me into the most panic and anxiety and that is why I avoid public places . I just want to thank the young lady at 730 am that help me in drive through for keeping her professional as I know is very odd and weird someone behaving in such situation . It was a very difficult thing for me to do ,!
