Great location if you are in the Pasadena area or at the San Jac Campus right across the street. Huge cafe but not enough seating. Nice patio outside to enjoy fresh air if weather permits. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Allegedly I think the manager or someone knocked out the Wi-Fi on purpose going on a full week now with no free Wi-Fi that seems awfully intentional. No surprise if a technician comes to an unplugged outlet.😂😂😂😂😂 just seems very deliberate to let more than 24 hours pass with no troubleshooting or attempts to reconnect it. Couldn’t be my store haha 😂 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Starbucks was so bad. I have never been to one that has been this horrible!! Order a Peppermint Mocha frappe venti light ice, got one that was nothing mocha not peppermint and zero ice not sure what they called it! They definitely need to be trained again!!! I just got my money back and went to McDonalds instead, that Should tell you how bad Starbucks was!! Pulled up to order a coffe and some woman decided to tell me and my 6 year old that they were a man and they needed to be called he/him…. Why on earth do you need to tell people that? who cares just give me my coffe and that’s it. Service: 1
