I work in side the mall and this place made me not buy Starbucks anymore. They are very pricey. They take too long even though there is no one els. They charge you $1 for water FOR WATER!!!! If you are in Montclair mall plaza please buy from the Starbucks in side of bars and noble great coffee/ customer service/ prices/ environment Service: 1

My drink/cup wasn't fully filled. It's my mistake for not checking before leaving but also, how could the barista be ok sending it out that way too? I work here at the mall so I don't have much time to walk back and do all that dance while on my break. Just a little disappointed. Service Take out
