This store is one of the worst. I have experienced the decline in customer service quality over the last several years. This store must get rewarded based on how few Venti or Trenta water they hand out. I feel lucky to even get a Grande ice water from staff. I have avoided this store when possible to spare us the hassle with staff. Thought I would give them another try the other day. Once again more bad attitude from staff. Asked for the District Manager and was rudely directed to a business taped on the wall. I left message for the DM, still no response. Tried using chat on the corporate website but since I don't have my email registered with their rewards system the system gave me a boot after connecting with a live person (Nancy K.). I called the phone number for customer service and was connected with an agent in Nicaragua. Well, yet another US company bites the dust. Starbucks provides clean bathrooms but anything else is a waste of time. I will skip coffee unless I can find a Peets. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My four month pregnant wife and two year old was eating a breakfast sandwich and had this inside of it.. i’ve called and talked to the in-store manager yet to hear anything from Starbucks!!!Anessa and bayardo from corporate Starbucks was very rude and denouncing of the situation and I had a very condescending tone as if it was my fault and followed up with telling my wife to have a wonderful day, knowing it’s been horrible.
