I said "Hello, Good Morning" cheerfully and the young woman (barista) stared blankly ahead as she was doing some kind of maintenance.. I looked towards her she did not acknowledge me even though I stood patiently for a reply. I decided to move on. She looked up as walked around the counter and still said nothing. Good thing there are other places to get a good coffee.
I ordered four drinks. One was a Carmel ribbon crunch that ended up being milk mixed in ice and tiny bit of Carmel at the bottom and top. So I tossed it. Shaved ice would have tasted better. But I also asked for cookie crumble in it which I paid extra for. I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. Thought that was fair. He told me to get back in line (which had about five people in it) then when he handed me my drink he said really hope your day gets better. I responded back with it was just fine until I came here and deal with your rude a** attitude. I don’t drink Starbucks much as it is. But this visit reminded me why I go to other places. Thanks
They always get our orders correct and super fast. Plus they always give our young son his own little mini coffee cup filled with just some whipped cream for free so he feels like he's getting coffee like mom and dad, it's so cute and the employees are so friendly! He loves those visits. Plus they make their whipped cream fresh and it is unbelievably good!! When I was pregnant I went there just for a separate full cup of whipped cream sometimes Lol usually with my caffeine free frappe. And they don't mind customizing anything and they never add ridiculous extra menial charges.
Well when you need that pick up before you hit the grocery isle this is it, get some go go juice and hit it. Very grateful for the location, nothing better thank grabbing a quick drink. Also staff is always friendly.
I visit this location twice weekly. Recent example: I am there 5:30am, there are three baristas. I am only customer but I still have to clean one of the dirty tables before I can sit and enjoy my coffee and muffin. And all of the counter tops were sticky. This the rule rather than the exception.
Never really had a problem at Starbucks in Frys. Starbucks is overpriced, but when Dutch Brothers is across town, what do you do? My only real complaint is the dim girl at who put milk in my coffee instead of almond milk (yes I ordered with almond milk and yes she wrote it on the cup, and no she wasn’t the slightest bit busy). Thanks to her my wife is currently plugging her nose, and I’m very cramped up and ill.
The non corporate Starbucks (inside other retailers) have a come along way! Happy to visit this one in Flagstaff!

I hate doing this because every other experience here has been great... until today!
I was greeted after a minute or so of waiting with no one in line- that’s fine, the barista was cleaning and doing her job!
I ordered my iced caramel macchiato with extra shot, extra caramel. The girl looked me up and down, and then proceeded to confirm I didn’t want decaf and questioned my order. Yes, I am 7 months pregnant... but I would not assume pregnancy on anyone- especially in a baggier type shirt! So yes, my original order is what I would like!
She charged me out, for what I ordered and proceeded to make my drink. I was going to brush it off until she handed me my drink and said, “Be careful with your caffeine” in a very judgmental and snarky voice!!
Ummm excuse me?? I somehow forgot that the Starbucks worker was also my medical professional??? Who, by the way, has allowed me this as an appropriate caffeine intake for the day once in a while!
I’m not even sure she made my drink appropriately because it was a majority of milk and Caramel... and has no punch like it typically does... but I was definitely charged for that extra shot!
Moral of the story, I would suggest your employees keep their opinions to themselves while working under the Starbucks name! Luckily, I am pregnant and so glad it wasn’t a false assumption that could have been interpreted in an even more offensive manner!
This one is ok.
I went to one once and asked the girl what she would reccomend for cold drinks and she pointed over her shoulder to the menu...said no words. I walked away and bought coffee somewhere else.
This one is ok tho. I'm not sure why they ask me to spell my name if they're gonna add an e at the end anyway. Shrug.
I've been here a couple of times, the Baristas are nice but on different occasions I have had my drink made wrong, and left the store before noticing it. (I requested for soy not milk)
